    Also, Chairman of the London Taxi Board (LTB) and member of London's Taxi Network (LTN), Director of Taxi, Limousine and Paratransit Association (TLPA) and Board Member of the 'Go Skills' council and member of the IRU.

    Responsble to the Board for all financial aspects of the business.

    As Company Secretary I am the main point of contact for members who wish to raise any matter with the Board.

    Responsible for statutory compliance and reporting.

    Joined the Board in 1990 and during my 23 years, I have held a number of senior positions.

    Recently I have been appointed as Head of Sales. My focus is not only on generating new business, but offering our existing clients exceeding good customer care.

    Since being elected on to the Board of Management in 2001, I have held a number of key positions, including new driver recruitment, training and Compliance Officer.

    Qualified as a licensed taxi driver over 30 years ago, using my knowledge and experience of the taxi industry, in my present position to further improve customer and driver liaison.

    London cab driver since 1987. Dial-a-Cab member since 1989. Elected to board of Dial-a-Cab in 2013.

    Currently a full-time cab driver at the forefront of a customer-driven industry speaking to passengers and clients daily.

    Analysing the latest on-board technology, always looking for new creative ideas to promote London’s premier licensed taxi service.

    Customer satisfaction is extremely important in the success of any organisation, especially those in the service industry.

    Liaising regularly with Account Managers, reviewing customer account facilities and visiting clients to discuss the service and any issues should they arise.

    I also monitor our clients costs to an acceptable level without jeopardising service.
